The SPORT1 Business arm, which has been part of Sport1 GmbH since December 2019, markets the diverse portfolio of Germany’s leading 360° sports platform SPORT1. Prior to this, the marketing team had been incorporated in the former Sport1 Media GmbH. The portfolio comprises the free-TV channel SPORT1 and the pay-TV channels SPORT1+ and eSPORTS1, which are offered on different platforms in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as the pan-European pay-TV channel eSportsONE launched in November 2020. We also cover Online, Mobile and Audio, with SPORT1.de, the SPORT1 apps, social media channels and a comprehensive range of podcasts. These high-reach channels offer unique opportunities to showcase companies and brands: Advertisers benefit from activating a predominantly [B1] male audience in the highly emotive environment of premium sports through our vast live content, with 1,500 hours per year on free TV alone and 80 percent in-house production.
